You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason (article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Use the online form below, email contact@shineness.beauty, or send the model form below. After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days to SHINE’NESS – Returns, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France; you bear return costs. Refund conditions appear in the terms.
