Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship to metropolitan France only. Delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point is free; Colissimo home delivery costs €5 incl. VAT. The price of the chosen delivery is shown on the checkout page before the order is placed. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2 to 5 business days. Delivery is by Colissimo (home) or Mondial Relay (pickup point), as chosen by the customer at checkout. A shipping email provides the tracking number.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they physically receive the goods (article L. 216-4 of the French Consumer Code).

Late delivery

If delivery is late, the consumer may give the seller formal notice to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, if delivery still does not occur, cancel the contract under article L. 216-6 of the French Consumer Code. Contact contact@shineness.beauty.

Returns and withdrawal

You generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw. Use the online form or email us. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us to SHINE’NESS – Returns, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. You bear the direct return costs.

The Brow Gel is delivered in a box sealed with plastic film: once that film has been removed after delivery, the gel can no longer be returned for hygiene and health-protection reasons (article L. 221-28, 5°). As long as the film is intact, it can be returned. The brush remains subject to the ordinary withdrawal right. Read the terms for full details.
